​A relaxed, fun schooling show perfect for riders of all levels from green horses to seasoned competitors looking for a great opportunity for mileage and confidence building! A low pressure, cost effective way to experience the Olympic sport of eventing. Different tack (Including western) and styles of riding welcome at our introductory levels (Grasshopper & Tadpole) and USEA standards for Starter to Training. There will be combined test and 3 phase options! 

Competition Date: August 29, 2026 starting at 8 AM (Possibly earlier depending on entries/weather)
Location: Golden Spike Event Center in Ogden, UT. Stalls & RV spots available. 

Entries close August 21st at 10:00 PM.
A $25 late fee will apply to entries and payments received after this closing date. So make sure you sign up on time!

The event will take place on, in, and around the racetrack. Please park in the lot south of the racetrack and stay clear of equipment and workers. Barn A will be used for stabling, and RV parking will be located south of the barns. 

Introductory Division Grasshopper — $50 (Dressage & Showjumping)
All riding styles and tack are welcome including western. Dressage test USDF Walk/Trot Test B. Ground poles for showjumping. No cross country. Lead line and in hand are welcome.

Please consider volunteering! Volunteers are critical for these shows and we are extremely grateful for every single person who helps out! We have volunteering options the whole week and the day before, during, and after the show. What we currently need help most with is setting up on Friday starting at noon!

SCHOOLING ROUNDS
Free Showjumping schooling to those who sign up the opening day (Competitor's only). Want free XC schooling? Just sign up for a 2+ hour volunteer shift per horse/rider and complete the full shift! Spouses, parents, etc. are welcome to volunteer on your behalf. Please sign up for your shift before selecting the free XC option on the entry form. If you select free XC but don’t sign up to volunteer, the regular $45 XC fee + $25 late fee will apply and you will not receive your packet until paid. Thank you! 

XC Schooling on Friday 1PM-8PM for $45 open to competitors and non competitors. Courses will be marked and flowered. No set times, just go when you please and be courteous of others. Be sure to wear your number as well as all safety equipment (Helmet, vest, medial ID) on course. If you are caught schooling without payment you will face repercussions that may include elimination.
 
Dressage schooling rounds 5-7PM: $25 No judge, sign up here.  

Showjumping Schooling Rounds 5-8PM: $25
Approximate showjumping windows (Times are subject to change depending on interest): 4 PM Grasshopper, 4:30 PM Tadpole, 5 PM Starter, 6 PM Beginner Novice, 7PM Novice, 7:30PM Training

ENTRIES, RIDE TIMES, & RESULTS: Entries, ride times, scores, and results will be posted on StartBox Scoring.
