The Pumpkin Event September 27th
​
Join us at the Golden Spike Event Center in Ogden, Utah for our fundraising 3 phase schooling show on Saturday, September 27th! We will have both Dressage and Cross Country schooling rounds Friday September 26th.
We will be offering 2 “New” divisions. We will have Grasshopper/Ground poles with the ability to leadline your kid (We don’t discriminate on age, leadline your grandma if you want too)! We will also have tadpole with XC jumps and x rails 12-18 inches. You are welcome to run with your kid on course with tadpole too to make sure they stay on track! Then we will have Starter, Beginner Novice, Novice, and Training as per USEA standards.

Golden Spike Horse Trials 2025
Join your local Eventing community in supporting Wasatch Pony Club and Utah's only free-to-school Cross Country Course at the Golden Spike Event Center in Ogden!​
Two days; three phases: June 14-15, 2025

This rated event offers divisions tadpole through training.
Friday, June 13: Schooling rounds 11 am - 3 pm
Saturday, June 14: Dressage starting at 8 am and show jumping at 1 pm
Sunday, June 15: Cross country meeting starting at 8 am and riders go on at 9 am
TADPOLE INFORMATION:
Tadpole will follow the 2 day format like the rest of the show. Dressage will be USDF Intro Test B (Walk trot), Showjumping will be x-rails up to 21" (But typically smaller), and cross country will follow the new grasshopper cross country course that goes up to 12” (Tall & wide). Tadpole is designed to be a slight step up from grasshopper. You don't need to be a USEA member to participate! Since it is “Unrecognized” you do not need to follow the USEF rules for tack and equipment.
