Important Information for GSHT 2023:
Biosecurity:
Due to recent outbreak of VESICULAR STOMATITIS, GSHT is restricting entries from USDA confirmed VS affected states.
Mandatory Reporting Vesicular Stomatitis - please report any horses with vesicular lesions to competition management. Vesicles are blisters, crusts, and ulceration of the lips, muzzle, nose, tongue, ears, sheath, teats, and/or coronary band. Horses with vesicular lesions or temperatures over 101.5°F will be immediately isolated and vesicular lesions will be reported to State Veterinarian’s office in the state in which the event is held AND to the USEF Equine Health and Biosecurity Veterinarian Dr. Katie Flynn.
PER USEF GR845 horses must have been vaccinated for Equine Influenza Virus and Equine Herpes Virus within 6 months of entering show grounds. Temperatures are to be taken twice a day 3 days before arrival and twice a day on site. EHV Vaccination-Proof of Vaccination: All horses must have their vaccine records submitted with entry and brought with them to enter show grounds. Be prepared to show proof of EHV-1 vaccinations and temperatures at check-in.

We are offering schooling for both dressage and show jumping on Thursday prior to the show.
Rounds are $25 each (limit 2 per event per entry) and can be paid via our website or PayPal to wasatchponyclub@gmail.com – put rider, horse, and division in notes
Bring proof of payment (electronic or paper) as your ticket.

Thursday, 6/8: 10 am – 4 pm: Dressage & Show Jump Schooling . Intro: 10 - 10:55 am BN: 11 am - 12:55 pm Novice: 1:30 - 2:25 pm Training: 2:30 - 3:25 pm Prelim/PT: 3:30 - 4 pm 5 pm – Rider Meeting; Infield under Trees. Friday, 6/9: 8 am – 4 pm: Dressage Saturday, 6/10: 9 am – 3 pm: Cross Country Sunday, 6/11: 8 am – 2 pm: Show Jumping. P-Intro, reverse order of standing, awards to follow each division. Please remain mounted for awards.
Check-in / Registration Info:
Show packets will only be handed out at the secretary office (BARN A) during posted hours. Check-in is Thursday from 1 pm until 5 p.m. and Friday from 7 a.m. until noon.
Check Starbox to verify the entry is correct, including stall requests, RV spots, balances due, etc.
If Startbox shows missing signatures you can EMAIL them to wasatchponyclub@gmail.com, or mail them to PO Box 583. Willard, UT 84340 - postmarked by Saturday, June 3.
Balances due and other fees are paid through PayPal to wasatchponyclub@gmail.com. All balances due must be paid by Saturday, June 3rd or a $25 late fee will be assessed. Check Startbox to see if you owe a balance.
